Please find the below details of the job role for Social Media Marketing Manager. 

Role - Social Media Manager

Designation - AM/ Manager

Experience - 3 to 10 years

Primary responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all digital media marketing programs for the Company and its businesses

2. Support performance marketing campaigns for CRISIL businesses, ensuring optimal channel mix

3. Curate, edit and manage content for all digital media platforms including website, social media channels, blogs, etc.

4. Work with agency partners and internal stake-holders to ensure effective and optimal usage of social media channels

5. Demonstrate and be the organizational champ for social media adoption for CRISIL

Job description:

- Own the social media space. Be the organization's go-to person for all social media outreach

- Plan and work on annual social media marketing goals for all businesses with defined KPIs and metrics

- Drive effective paid and unpaid promotional campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI

- Responsible for daily management of social media platforms, including:

- Daily promos/messages across all official handle

- Marketing event promotions including live streaming via multiple channels for flagship properties

- Amplification of media outreach through relevant social media mix

- Daily social media monitoring and reporting; social media dashboard management for decision making

- Support internal social media champions with training, content pegs etc

- Collaborate with various inter-department teams such as business marketing, media relations, internal communications, and corporate teams to drive social media programs

- Curate, edit and optimize content for digital channels covering the following:

- Video scripts

- Infographics

- Posts

- Contests

- Polls etc

- Track and analyze content & channel performance; provide actionable insights to optimize the same and achieve annual goals

- Identify industry trends and evaluate new channel developments to ensure the optimal impact of social media campaigns

- Adhere to budgets, schedules, and overall marketing outreach plans

- Monitor the digital space and maintain a positive online reputation for the company's brand and products

Qualifications :

a. 6 to 7 years of experience; mostly, in the corporate sector, preferably B2B space

b. Preferably, a graduate in economics or literature with MBA in marketing

c. Experience in IT / Financial services preferred

a. Understanding of the financial services industry and its nuances will be an advantage

d. Hands-on experience with digital channels, especially in-depth understanding of all social media platforms

e. Hands-on experience with digital measurement tools and terminologies; experience in social listening and measurement tools an advantage

f. Strong communication skills (written and verbal); possess an eye for details as well as design aesthetics

g. Team player with effective interpersonal skills
