Eligibility Criteria:

Post Graduates (MBA or equivalent/CA/CFA/FRM/Data Science) and team management experience.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Direct team management experience for minimum 3 years

- Some experience in leading tech projects through agile methodology.

- Preferred green belt Lean Six Sigma certification or above.

- Preferred experience of coding programming languages (python, R, etc.) or data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense etc.)

- Excellent communication skillset to interact with internal and global stakeholders.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage more than one operations support teams/groups for a range of data/content management activities.

- Manage more than one operational teams in the process of data research and extraction of information from various sources, tools and documents.

- Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies and research tools.

- Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of more than one team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.

- Manage the performance review process, talent development and talent management processes of the team.

- Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst team.

- Guide and coach team members for future growth.

- May interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives through agile development

- Promote use of emerging technologies, tools and programming languages to generate business value.

- Work in an agile methodology.

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE:

- Applies general knowledge of operations principles, theories and work tools developed through past experience to best complete assignments.

- Manage the floor production and members.

- Thorough knowledge of the business and a good understanding of how his/her contributes to data/content management objectives.

PROBLEM SOLVING:

- Identifies and solves problems in operational processes and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures, lean principles and identifying the creative and efficient solutions

INTERACTIONS:

- Works with multiple teams; interacts with global stakeholders

- Works with multiple businesses to understand processes and procedures and helps to improve them whenever possible

TYPICAL SCOPE & IMPACT:

- Contributes to the achievement of personal, team and enterprise/site level objectives.
