Should have:
- 2-4 years experience in Outbound consultative sales (SaaS/Enterprise solutions)
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Fair understanding of technology works
Good to have:
- Experience of selling to key stakeholders (CTO, HR etc) in Technology industry is a plus

What you'll do?
- Take Crio's learning solutions to tech companies - acquire & manage the accounts to drive repeat consumption
- Prospecting clients, identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders, pursuing inbound leads and generating outbound leads
- Understand client challenges, use cases and come up with the value proposition leveraging the Crio's solutions
- Prepare sales collateral appropriate for use cases and audience (CXO, Tech Head etc) with excellent communication skills
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in an org.
- Creating a clear sales funnel and driving closures with structured approach
- Developing strategies to maximise revenues from the existing accounts. Relationship management and regular interactions with all the major accounts for customer retention
- Working closely with core team on both business and product side, to highlight customer requirements, industry trends, product feedback
- Owning accounts across its entire lifecycle: Lead nurturing, Sales closure, Customer success, Feedback and Relationship management
- Recruiting sales executives for outbound sales post establishing the sales process in 6-9 months time
