We are looking for an individual who is energetic and intuitive, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.  Be part of a progressive company that offers you a chance to grow and succeeds professionally in a charged environment.  Required Experience : 12+ yrs in Online Marketing  Work location : Goregaon (W), Mumbai  Key Responsibilities :   - Supports and enhances corporate branding (incl. defining corporate branding guidelines, consistency of logo/usage) and branding for key brands Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab.  - Leads development of marketing collaterals, including press releases, white papers, case studies, etc. and other non-technical collaterals like corporate brochures, advertisements, etc.  - Manages planning and coordination of marketing events at international conferences and events (incl. exhibit design, branding guidelines, positioning, messaging, etc.)  - Drives Crimson communication and lead generation activities through the website, social media channels, and other digital media  - Responsible for PR and media relationship activities, including press releases, interaction with media, and corporate communication  Manage the SEO team :   - Work with the in-house SEO team to track all paid adverts and analyze and design customer acquisition campaigns using web analytics and all ongoing On-Page and Off-Page SEO efforts  - Conceptualize and manage all digital marketing campaigns and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities  Manage Web Content :   - Rationalize, optimize, and oversee the structure and content of our regional and global websites  - Develop process to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalized engagement with the website and its content   - Regular usability checks for English and other language websites for maximum localization impact  - Build brand awareness and visibility through online press releases, social media including industry-specific articles on blogs, and other relevant media  Work closely with the Design team :   - Work in collaboration with designers to improvise on the existing website design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material, and conduct email marketing campaigns  - Evaluate and finalize all design-related tasks  General Team Management and Cross-Functional Interaction :   - Shoulder responsibility for managing the online marketing department that includes international (Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, German, Brazilian, Turkish) as well as Indian staff members   - Build and manage ongoing relationships with research organizations, international journals, and publishers  - Regularly engage in online marketing activities for vendors, agencies, and other channel partners to optimize our market share and drive incremental business  - Enhance business intelligence by engaging in online market research and make pricing decisions, enabling us to create and refine core business processes.  - Develop and coordinate with the IT and Software teams for a smooth product or service launch   - Partner with the Customer Engagement and Experience team to effectively drive customer advocacy processes, including customer testimonials and case studies.  Skills Required :  - Ability to manage a team comprising international and Indian team members  - Extensive experience in managing search engine optimization, pay per click campaigns, and end-to-end online marketing activities  - Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern  - Ability to ideate and engage existing clients and prospective clients through email marketing  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Efficient in using MS Office and ability to acclimatize to different technical tools used in the organization  - Knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS (added advantage)  - Curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success  To know more about company, kindly visit www.crimsoni.com  Contact Person : Nicola Unger
