Crimson - AVP - School Induction

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for the position of AVP-School Induction, where we are looking for the professionals preferred from school-based background for our organization Learning Star.

Learning Star - Education management company focused on emerging & growing schools.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the onboarding of schools to the existing portfolio through strategizing and developing induction plans

- Assisting in planning school/system improvement based on the use of qualitative and quantitative data

- Develops communication materials, including web information, fact sheets, letters, emails, and instant messaging for the purpose of communicating with target groups

- Responsible for end-to-end coordinating, delivering, and managing the induction program

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate their activities/initiatives and programs across the school & portfolio

- Proactively review induction programs and resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

- Regularly update policies/induction deck and employee handbooks

- Monitoring the progress of each assigned school through weekly updates/reports.
