We looking for an experienced candidates for Heading the Talent Acquisition particularly for candidates outside India

Requirement

- Should have extensive experience of hiring top quality Remote Developers/Engineers from outside India

- Should have experience of building the entire vertical from scratch - building and managing team, setting up processes, defining targets and SLA's etc

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional problem solving skills

- Must have experience of working with International Clients - hiring international candidates and managing distributed teams

- Must have an MBA from top premier institutes

- Having computer science background will definitely help

(Overall I am looking for super smart candidate that should be from Computer science background, have experience of hiring remote engineers across the boundaries,- with strong team management, interpersonal and leadership skills. )

Responsibilities :

- Setting up the entire Vertical from Scratch

- Building and managing the team of Recruiters, Account Managers and Team leads

- Setting up the processes and tools for smooth operations

- Defining targets for the team and SLA's for the department

- Client Handling

- Setting up automations to reduce manual effort.
