Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and onboard new partners and align them as per our client requirements and continuous monitoring of Partner relationship including product,
- Provide timely and thoughtful responses to partner questions and requests
- Please don't confuse this with sales profile, here you would be working very closely with existing clients or newly acquired partners and will be responsible to bring maximum open positions from their end and fulfilling the client needs.
- Serving as the internal voice of the Partner and advocate for your partner's needs and also provide feedback to the internal teams for improvements
- Working closely with the delivery team to onboard and maintain partner relationships while having track of all progress and deadlines
- Identifying new positions at clients end through internal team and getting those requirements fulfilled from the Partners
- Ability to proactively identify and solve any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
- Take ownership of accounts and closely work with the hiring/delivery team and manage their onboarding, success, and retention.
- Should be proactive throughout the clock and must be a quick problem solver.
