Business Analyst - Reporting to the Group CFO (Crest Ventures Limited)

Job Title: Business Analyst

The Organization :

Crest Ventures Limited (Crest) is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with The Reserve Bank of India & Listed with NSE & BSE.

It has three business Verticals, namely Real Estate, Financial Services and Credit & Investment. The company is associated with the development of various premium residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, as well as a township in the heart of Raipur city. It has completed the largest retail-led-mixed use development project in Chennai, which is spread over 20 acres and includes a one and a half million sq. ft. mall, residential buildings, and a design boutique hotel. It has delivered projects of over 10 million sq. ft. across India.

Under Financial Services, it's into Wealth Management, Broking, Mutual funds and Asset Management

As a NBFC, it has invested in Tamarind Global Services Private Limited, a prominent inbound travel and event management company in India. And in some Technology Services & Product companies in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

- Number crunching and analysis of different businesses for the Group CFO

- Making presentation & recommendations on new business acquisitions and investment through Financial & Business Analysis

- Research on areas as may be required

- MIS preparation, analysis, review & update

- Business & Financial Modeling

- Risk Management and Internal Process control & improvement - for existing business

- Due diligence & review of papers or agreements coming for review to the Group CFO.

- Maintain an efficient flow of information between the Group CFO and different teams on a wide spectrum of the organization plans and priorities.

- Serve as liaison between the Group CFO and the other Teams, co-ordinate and schedule regular reviews and provide support to cross functional teams.

Education/Experience

- The candidate should be a MBA FINANCE from a Premium B-school in India or from an International University

- The candidate should have 4-5 years prior work experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Should be excellent at making business presentations

- Should be self-motivated and have a proactive attitude.

- Tech-Savvy with keenness on smart working

Skills / Other Attributes Required:

- Good management & presentation skills

- Good command over written & spoken English

- Inclination and curiosity to explore Technology

- Preference will be given to candidates having a stable career graph willing to give long term commitment.

Personal Qualities:

- Willingness to work in dynamic/challenging environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous projects.

- Ability to handle all confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
