Crest Property Solutions - Customer Relation Manager (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage our CRM system to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and usability. Customize and optimize the system to meet the specific needs of our real estate business.
- Maintain and update client records, including contact information, preferences, and communication history. Ensure the CRM database is organized and up-to-date.
- Create and manage automated processes and workflows within the CRM system to streamline tasks such as lead follow-ups, email marketing, and client communication.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM system to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client engagement and sales processes.
- Assist in developing and executing client communication strategies, including email campaigns, newsletters, and personalized follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
