You will be responsible to : - Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India - Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment - Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc. - Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management for internal database - Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and assess them for the opportunity offered by your client - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. - Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialization. And there is much more- The Successful Candidate : - You have a MBA (Sales & Marketing) with 2 years of work experience in a client-facing role. You have a strong record of success (not just academics). - You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business - You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply - You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed.
