Job Description : As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include: Client Management : - Identify and develop client business/relationships in a competitive environment - Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Group's commercial performance. - Generate revenue in your area of Analytics & Technology in a target driven environment Candidate Management : - Source suitable candidates from various channels across the world including advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, technology etc - Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management - Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply - You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed.
