Job Description: Reporting to a Senior Consultant - Leadership Hiring (Finance &amp; Operations), you will be responsible to: - Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Leadership Hiring partners in India - Generate revenue in your area of specialisation in a target driven environment - Source high- calibre candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc. - Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management for internal database - Interview candidates on a general &amp; specific assignments and assess them for the opportunity offered by your client - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
