That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. The Successful Candidate : - You have a B.Tech and an MBA/Postgraduate degree with 5- 8 years of work experience in a client facing role. Whilst we are open to all degree disciplines, we are looking for individuals who have a strong track record of success (not just academics). - You are working in a Leadership Hiring company and have a successful track record of Business development and Reveneue Generation in your line of business. - You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business. You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply - You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed.
