Job Description :
- Source, evaluate and recruit the right talent within the defined timelines and at the right cost while ensuring an outstanding experience for the candidates as well as the stakeholders
- Map all positions using multiple / appropriate tools to have a better understanding of the available skill sets / talent in the market . Act as a talent scout and share best practices to attract top talent
- Source, interview and present prequalified candidates to hiring managers by leveraging appropriate channels of sourcing with continuous focus on cost effective channels.
- Ensure positions are filled within the defined timelines and adhering to TAT throughout.
- Creating backups for team members and critical positions (succession planning)
- Effectively using different recruitment channels both paid unpaid sources like social media, LinkedIn, group chats, FB postings etc
- Continuously plan & implement procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Leading employment branding initiatives to attract best talent.
- Review employment applications and background check reports.
