LOCATION: Ludhiana YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India - Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target driven environment - Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc. - Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management for internal database - Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and assess them for the opportunity offered by your client - Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients - Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialization. and there is much more.......
