We help children in pursuing the same by providing them online live classes for extracurricular activities. We have courses across Dance, Music, Arts, Yoga, Chess, Languages and Dramatics and these are taught in modern pedagogy. The classes are delivered via a great gamified irtual classroom for children to enable them to pursue their passion in a fun and engaging way.

Position: Lead - Growth & Marketing

- The Growth & Marketing Lead would be responsible for the overall growth of business.

- He/She will be leading the sales and marketing team and responsible for all online and offline initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze sales & marketing program effectiveness

- Ideate and implement new marketing initiatives to ensure strong consumer brand creation

- Lead B2C brand communication initiatives. Lead the digital marketing efforts to ensure high lead generation and conversion

- Build program backed with data driven insights and solving for customer pain points

- Drive initiatives to accelerate revenue growth. Unblock the program growth areas and build execution frameworks for initiatives

- Initiate and implement measures to reduce overall customer acquisition cost

- Drive new initiatives to increase cross sell/ retention

- Drive new partnerships and develop new channels for business growth

- Build and manage a high performance sales and marketing team

Qualification

- MBA from a top-tier Business School

- 8+ years of experience across growth and marketing functions

- 3+ years of managing digital marketing functions for a consumer internet brand

- Preferably has worked with an Edtech start-up

Skills and experience required

- Good understanding of consumer behaviour (children / parent) and using it well to create customized initiatives for them

- Leadership skills to hire, coach and manage a team in collaborative manner

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics

- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; Ability to solve complex issues and communicate effectively to influence stakeholders internally and externally

- Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced, continuously changing fluid environment

- Good listening skills and ability to receive feedback to improve the sales and marketing program

- Innovative with passion to leverage technology to drive growth

- Thought leader with a solid understanding of the Education industry and its intersection with commerce.
