CredR - Territory Manager - Sales (7-10 yrs)

Role Purpose :

- This role oversees the daily sales operations and business development of sales managers and executives working in an assigned geographical area. S/he is responsible to develop effective execution strategies,

- Ensure that sales targets are met and train sales executives to enhance performance.

Role Responsibilities :

- Achieve monthly/quarterly exchange targets as assigned by the company

- Making sure all OEM dealerships assigned should be transacting on a monthly basis

- Building new business partners to expand product reach in the market

- Coordinating with dealers to assist them to promote a product.

- Should focus on planning, execution and business development through solid data analysis

- He also monitors and observes the brand and makes forecasts to have a competitive advantage

- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners

- Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue and collection targets

- Constantly be abreast with competitors- sales activity and strategies within the assigned territory

- Review team's sales performance on a weekly/monthly basis

- Periodically identify and take corrective action for performance improvements of executives
