To be a part of the Business Development team wherein s/he is expected to work with used two-wheeler traders, agents and brokers as a technology partner, planning and securing sales through technology products in a wider geography.
- Manage P&L of the city/state assigned
- Ensure the achievement of sales number and make sure the team achieves the result
- Ensure adoption of Company products and managing relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem.
- Developing new business by onboarding more stakeholders - dealerships, agents.
- Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players.
- Ensure minimum downtime in case such situations arise.
- Meet monthly sales targets using processes and tools aligned with company's sales strategies and policies.
- Timely reporting of team's activities, and performance through tools provided by Company.
- Comfortable working in the Field
- Open to Extensive Travelling - 80% of the role's time is spent in traveling
- Local City Knowledge
- Fluent in Local & English Language
- Should know driving Two Wheelers and possess a valid Driving License
- Needs to have a smartphone and should know how to use Android Applications
