Manager - Brand & Content - Our growing company is looking for a marketing professional who is passionate about uncovering customer insights, understanding the audience, delivering innovative brand, and content marketing campaigns. - You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and generate strategies to grow traffic, customer engagement sales, and brand awareness. Responsibilities : - Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales, customer engagement and brand promotion. - Conceptualize and implement content strategies across all digital platforms. - Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns. - Manage a team of writers and social media marketers - Editorial supervision: include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content review, distribution and measurement. Ensure editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone. - Work closely with the SEO team and design team to deliver on the content strategies. - Build and manage the brand on all channels - Conceptualize and implement brand promotion and awareness campaigns. Content Marketing Manager Requirements : - MBA in Marketing (1-2 years exp) or related experience. - Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it - Experience with online community building. - Data-driven and highly analytical. - Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Driven, self starter.
