Performance Marketing Manager :


We are looking for an exceptionally talented Performance Marketing Manager to help us manage our digital marketing programmes and exponentially grow our leads & user base. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, 'full stack' marketer who loves rapidly testing, learning, and scaling new strategies.

We are looking for a creative and tenacious individual with a growth hacking mentality and entrepreneurial thinking to join our team and deliver results. We want someone who can think outside the box and devise unprecedented strategies to win new markets. You will plan, implement and manage campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, focusing on supercharging the growth of our brands, through various platforms and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and target

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

- Develop best practices utilizing the Sales Excellence methodology

- Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve problems at the ground level using technology

- Define milestones, with timelines, to get there

- Plan resources, infra, actions to meet those milestones

- Keep hunting for newer channels of growth and work to make them successful

- Run the entire web-based acquisition channel - end to end. This is a non-app channel for acquisition for us and a very important one

- Work with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure the features needed are rolled out

Key Requirements :

- 7-9 years of experience in growth hacking within the technology industry

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, and other digital channels.

- Expert in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
