We are currently looking for a role in Credit Underwriting/Due Diligence/Risk Analysis for a renowned NPO organization.

Location- Delhi Ncr

Designation- Analyst

Education- CA or MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

Report to- Head Underwriting

Mandatory experience- experience in credit underwriting/risk analysis/due diligence.

Individual contributor role

Experience required - 8 to 13 years

KRA's :

- Independently carrying out the due diligence process for Internally allocated Funding and Non-Funding proposals & presenting the same to the respective committees.

- Discussions with applicant on the proposal; understanding their business model, seeking clarifications to mitigate the technical and financial risks foreseen under the project.

- Preparing the Due diligence reports capturing requisite technical and financial risks under the proposed project viz Business Risk, Management Risk, Financial Risk (covering various ratio analysis), Credit Risk, Market Risk, Reputation Risk, Legal Risk etc.

- Supervision and guidance of due diligence activity conducted by external Due Diligence (DD) partners including rounds of discussions to be held with DD partners for the proposals in DD stage for reaching to a clear outcome and providing inputs on the PEC & PAC reports prepared by DD partners.

- Seeking inputs from the internal stakeholder such as PMKVY, PMKK & State Engagement Team etc. for presenting the same the committee at the time of presentation

- Discussing and briefing I&I Head regarding status of the proposals

- Sharing proposals with committee members/approving authority for their evaluation and approval

- Maintaining TAT of less than 90 days for Funding proposals and less than 60 days for Non-Funding proposals

- Ensuring Quality of approval - Post PEC rejection <10%

- Providing inputs/suggestions on PEC/PAC minutes to Secretarial Team

- Managing escalations and sharing reply to VIP references on the information sought.

- Preparation of Term Sheet for approved Funding & Non-Funding proposal.

- Sharing of Term Sheets prepared with the Monitoring team for inputs and then with the applicant for signing and necessary action at their end.

- Ensuring compliance of all the Pre-Agreement conditions recommended by the evaluation/approval authorities.

- Reviewing and collating final set of documents such as PEC Minutes of the Meeting, MD&CEO Approval, Final Model, Compliance documents etc. with the Legal team over mail for initiation of agreement drafting process.

- Movement of proposals through Loan Originating System (LoS), which involves moving the proposals in different queues such as Convenor & I&I Head etc. Review the entire set of documents post recommendation of proposal, share with I&I head for initiating the agreement signing process.

- Providing inputs to the team for timely updation of different trackers

- Providing resolution to the queries of Auditors for proposals evaluated
