- Act as subject matter expert on underwriting and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations

- Manage a quickly growing team to underwrite applications as per the credit policy

- Support hiring and team onboarding processes for new hires

- Ensure the team meets productivity and quality goals

- Manage team scheduling and capacity planning

- Maintain team documentation

- Collaborate cross functionally on various initiatives for admin, credit, finance, tech and collections
