Project:

Impairment Program implements the new impairment mentorship for credit losses mandated by FASB for accrual accounted financial assets and off-balance sheet credit exposures resulting in potentially increased and more volatile valuation allowances compared to current FAS5 US GAAP and CH_GAAP. It requires measurement of credit losses using a lifetime, forward-looking expected credit loss model instead of the existing incurred loss model.

We Offer :

- Work as a senior PMO within the project reporting into the Program Manager

- Responsible to provide end to end PMO services to the Impairment program globally across Change, IT and business work streams.

- Drive the program governance aligned with the central CS Program Management Framework and Standards.

- Handle and track RAID's, achievements and other daily PMO deliverables.

- Extensive interactions with Business (Risk and Finance work streams) and IT counterparts in support to the key program governance forums like the STC, Sounding Board, Change Control Board etc.

- Continuous support and follow up to closure on actions from Internal Audit/ Risk Monitoring findings and feedback

- Drive Business Change Readiness activities and Liaison with business users for acceptance of any governance/PMO deliverables

- Understand the overall objectives and architectural aspects of the program and to ensure convergence of the project outcome / design to defined objectives

- Project Management activities (e.g. Prepare as well as track the deliverable roadmap while handling the change in scope and risk /issues that arise along the journey, present project status to various audience, positive relationship building, strong communication skills)

- Hands on experience of governance set-up and management with full ownership.

- Handle project/program partners and ensure strict adherence of timelines around their requests and services provided.

- Advanced knowledge and experience as project manager, and strong problem-solving capabilities

- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills

- Basic understanding of accounting or financial/regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills and highly client oriented attitude

- Self-motivation, dedicated, flexibility, and solution oriented approach

- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment

- Solid MS-Office knowledge

- PMP or Prince 2 certifications preferred but not mandatory.

- An open, communicative personality
