Credit Suisse - Senior Project Manager - Marketing (6-9 yrs)
Your field of responsibility
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop an integrated marketing strategy and plan for India onshore market, including setting of marketing objectives in line with business strategy, definition of relevant programs and resources required to deliver to the objectives and overall strategy
- Formulate and implement compelling marketing initiatives for India onshore market including branding, events, local partnerships, sales support, product marketing, collaterals etc
- Support in the management and implementation of India onshore initiatives including those initiated by APAC or Global teams
- Manage and supervise financial spend, ensure accurate budget controls and practices, marketing planning portals, surveys, tracking, reports, etc. related to implementation of marketing initiatives
- Manage external providers or partners where appropriate and any other contractual relationships related to relevant marketing initiatives in India
- Establish structured business and relationship development events and programs that directly support business needs
- Ensure high levels of executional quality in line with the "what money cannot buy" ethos
- Interface and connect with key stakeholders to manage and meet expectations as well as ensure delivery of marketing initiatives in accordance with business requirements
- Be an integral and active member of Wealth Management Marketing Coverage APAC team

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Degree in business or marketing
- 8 years or more marketing experience
- Can demonstrate a strong record of customer and business focused initiatives as well as a strong understanding of UHNWIs/HWNIs
- Experience working in financial institutions and a detailed understanding of the financial services industry in India
- Strong knowledge and experience of marketing in India
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong marketing sense with ability to define and deliver marketing strategies that differentiate within a highly competitive environment
- Strong track-record and high level of quality in delivery and implementation
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Effective collaborator and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Experience of working in a matrix structure
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
