We Offer: - Responsible for driving and ensuring compliance for local regulatory requirements including but not limited to June 2, 2016 circular on cyber security framework from RBI, Cyber Security &amp; Cyber Resilience framework for Stock Brokers / Depository Participants from SEBI, and other related extant instructions - Place a separate review of cybersecurity arrangements/preparedness of the bank before the Board or Technology Committee on a monthly/quarterly basis - Creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of cyber and information security technologies - Performing IT security risk assessments and reporting on ways to minimize threats on Credit Suisse's IT assets (infrastructure, system, application) and 3rd party vendor sites - Tracking trending IT security innovations and staying ahead of the latest cybersecurity technologies - Communicating with key stakeholders about IT security threats and Aligning with the latest regulations and compliance requirements - Implementing an effective process for the reporting of security incidents and leading the investigation of reported security breaches - Facilitating and coordinating regulatory inspection and external audit activities along with Supporting regional and global CISO team - Championing and educating Credit Suisse about the latest security strategies and technologies - Responsible for bringing to the notice of the Board / Technology Committee about the vulnerabilities and cybersecurity risk the bank is exposed to. - Coordinate the activities pertaining to Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) within the bank - Develop Cybersecurity KRIs and KPIs and get an independent assessment of the same including its coverage on a quarterly basis - Establish a robust relationship with CRO to enable holistic risk management approach - Managing the daily operation and implementation of the IT security strategy - Conducting continuous assessments of IT assets (applications, infrastructure), CS Mumbai Entities operational sites and risk management &amp; governance for India based 3rd party vendors. and identifying areas for improvement - Facilitating/coordinating external audits and regulatory inspection whilst Ensuring compliance and governance is met. - Partnership with Business Continuity Management, Technology Security Service, Technology Operational Risk teams to develop and execute cyber table-top exercise and cyber drills - Protecting the intellectual property of the organization at all times - Devising strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks and reviewing, analyzing and delivering security metric, dashboard, and KRIs - Taking care of the IT security budget and communicating this with the appropriate parties - Drive global and regional CISO initiatives to enhance the cyber and information security controls You Offer: - You have a Bachelor's degree in Computing, information Systems Management or related discipline. - You have knowledge of CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent preferred - At least 12 years of prior IT and Cyber &amp; Information Security experience, preferable in the Banking industry - Meaningful knowledge and hands on experience in IT security risk assessment, data leakage prevention, cyber security, identity and access management, application security, red teaming - You have prior experience with India local regulators including RBI, SEBI, IDBR and have successfully led Cyber or IT Security projects - Experience in vendor management, and IT security oversight on 3rd party vendors - Change management and business process experience is ideal together with a consistent record of driving large-scale change/transformation programs - An excellent track record of dealing with complex projects and meeting conflicting demands - Digital leadership skills - capable of empowering and leading an IT team to meet business and IT security goals - Solid people management skills - providing direction, monitoring performance, motivating staff and building a positive working environment - Ability to adapt to a dynamic IT landscape and keep pace with the creative thinking and new security technologies - A real passion for technology and security safeguarding with a desire to deliver, grows with change, showing an ambitious ability to drive the cyber and information security strategy forward - Analytical mind capable of executing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior management - You have a strong customer focus, good communication skills - You are flexible and adaptable - capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands - Forms IT and business partnerships that help drive the cyber and information security strategy forward - Can make decisions that are well-informed and timely, Creative thinking, Multi-tasking
