We Offer

- The incumbent will manage, execute & govern the Robotics process automation (RPA) and outsourcing of various processes identified within the BDC locations across RFDAR.

- The incumbent will also manage the vendor governance, MPP and other related processes in executing this ambition.

You Offer

- 10 years of experience working within the banking industry and/or supporting the banking industry.

- Minimum 5 years of running transformational initiatives, particularly BPO outsourcing.

- Experience in RPA implementation will be considered an advantage.
