We Offer:

- An experienced Project Manager expected to work as part of the Risk Reporting team in APAC, responsible for delivering key/priority initiatives and for Risk Reporting

- You will handle multiple projects from initiation to closure by partnering with Business, Change, IT and other partners.

- You will define project scope, objectives, and governance in collaboration with various partners.

- You will actively handle the project scope and objectives against quality standards, targets and budgets.

- You will plan, lead and track the status of project delivery, resources, timelines, budget and ensure it conforms to CS-SDF standards.

- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and issues as well as actively track/drive respective mitigations

You Offer:

- You possess at least 5-8 years of Project Management experience in managing and leading large/complex Business Transformation projects, preferably around Credit / Market / Regulatory Risk Reporting domain.

- You have a solid track record in delivering project implementations across Waterfall & Agile methodologies.

- You have deep knowledge about business intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau, Congos, etc) - in the context of how it will help automate risk reporting.

- You have a deep understanding of Front-to-back risk data flows in a typical IB/PB environment. Desirable: deep knowledge in Risk Processes, specifically around Risk Calc systems, Risk data warehouse

- You are adept in doing business analysis using excel etc and hands-on to provide MIS, business cases using various office tools (Power-point etc)

- You have extensive social and management skills.

- You have strong problem-solving skills; analytical and logical thinker.

- You are a team-player developing a collaborative and coordinated approach to software delivery.

- You possess strong communication and the ability to prioritize effectively.

- You work well under-pressure - be prepared to - focus and commit- when required.

- MBA or Masters in Finance from the tier-1 institute

- Certificate in Project Management - PMP or Prince 2 Practitioner
