- A challenging role as country Lead of Global Contractor Services Desk (CSD) tasked with full lifecycle management of all Contractors across Credit Suisse in India. As a valued partner function, we strive to work collaboratively with internal business partners, our Global MSP solution and key suppliers to deliver increasingly high-quality and efficient contractor sourcing and management services - The opportunity to lead a contractor recruitment solution, from Sourcing and Onboarding, Contract Extensions Rate Management and Offboarding - Stakeholder management responsibility, with both internal and external stakeholders - Escalation management and problem solving opportunities on a variety of topics and with a range of stakeholders relating to Contractor Management and service delivery - The responsibility of ensuring processes and policies are adhered to in accordance with global and regional regulatory requirements - The ability to employ best practice process, policy and governance throughout the program - The opportunity to use of your analytical skills to measure and track performance and provide recommendations for program changes as or if required - Deliver Contractor Service Desk related training to internal clients - Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills and process management experience in a high volume, high demand recruitment or contractor/outsourcing environment - Proven ability to develop effective relationships and to work at all levels of the company including senior and executive management - Experience working effectively across divisional lines in a complex, multi-site organization - Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills - Results oriented and possess excellent analytical and facilitation skills - Solid organization and time management skills - Professional, dedicated and detail oriented - Vendor Management experience, preferably MSP and or VMS knowledge - Bachelor's/PG degree in Commerce or Equivalent - A good understanding of the financial services industry is a strong plus - Change Management and Project Management skills - Ability to work with virtual teams in the different Credit Suisse regions globally - Highly organized with good attention to detail
