AVP-Enterprise Risk Analyst- Credit Suisse


Your responsibilities will include :

- Support key priorities of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization, in particular governance and controls around risk model and analytics processes

- Produce and present analysis on a variety of risk initiatives and/or ad hoc requests for senior management and regulators

- Take the lead in creating high-quality presentations for regulatory bodies (e.g., FINMA)

- Support the development of governance, process and control enhancements

- Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners to provide support and guidance across ERM matters

- Build and maintain product and risk subject matter expertise as well as knowledge on current rule-making and industry developments regarding risk regulatory reform

Your skills & experience :

You are expected to possess the below :

- Degree-level education (or equivalent) in a numerate discipline

- 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management related roles (e.g., market, credit, or capital management)

- Previous exposure to regulatory capital, risk management, economic capital, internal capital models, or stress scenarios

- Strong communication skills (written and oral in English) and experience in producing and delivering presentations to senior forums and liaising with senior partners

- A proven analytical approach with attention to details; ability to analyze specific business problems and propose tenable solutions

- Confident using the suite of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Possess a can-do, collaborative, and positive attitude with a sense of urgency

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive upwards communication to manager

- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal business partners

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environments as well as thrive under pressure
