Credit Strategy Associate - Risk (1-4 yrs)
- Work on high-priority projects related to defining the credit strategy for the company's products.
- This would include building credit strategies for new products and markets and optimizing existing policies to support business growth.
- Lead analytics and conduct deep-dive analysis to manage risk while supporting business growth
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Growth & Ops teams to digitize and streamline risk processes.
- This role will also work closely with senior leadership at Drip including the CEO, Business Heads, etc.
Our Checklist:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a Tier 1 management consulting or financial services company
- A quantitative degree (engineering/ mathematics/ statistics/ finance etc.) from a Tier 1 college; advanced degrees and/or MBA are a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience in predictive analytics, data science is preferable
- Ability to explain complex problems simply and intuitively, and communicate the confidence levels and limitations associated with an approach/ solution
- Humility, willingness to learn, and proactive/at-cause attitude towards the projects that come your way.
