Credit Shared Services Role - BFSI

Job Description :

- Overall Data entry & FI vendor management, efficiency building & complete tracking and monitoring end to end

- Supervision of activities done by team and vendors

- Cost Rationalization

- TAT monitoring as an ongoing activity

- Handling internal escalation to department by various stakeholders

- Resolution of various challenges/queries raised by underwriting team

- Time to time Monitoring, reviewing vendors- performance

- Regular monitoring of trainings done by team with vendor / outsourced staff

- Team Meetings to know existing challenges and working towards the resolution

- Suggesting ways for efficiency building and productivity enhancement

- Cost Rationalisation and TAT monitoring

- Process Review

- Active participation in all related discussions with business, credit, operations, policy etc.

- Vendor visits, Location visit and regular interactions with various stakeholders.

- Self-driven, goal-oriented & dynamic in nature.

- Identify the gaps in the existing process &suggesting ways to remove the bottlenecks, if required highlighting the same to the Senior Management

- Putting up new processes in place to ensure strong internal control mechanism

- Random Sampling & deep diving of processes MOM and taking appropriate action for improving on critical observations arising out of this activity
