Job Description :

- Overall Data entry & FI vendor management, efficiency building & complete tracking and monitoring end to end.

- Supervision of activities done by team and vendors

- Cost Rationalization

- TAT monitoring as an ongoing activity

- Handling internal escalation to department by various stakeholders

- Resolution of various challenges/queries raised by underwriting team

- Time to time Monitoring, reviewing vendors performance

- Regular monitoring of trainings done by team with vendor / outsourced staff

- Team Meetings to know existing challenges and working towards the resolution

- Suggesting ways for efficiency building and productivity enhancement

- Cost Rationalisation and TAT monitoring

- Process Review & Putting up new processes in place to ensure strong internal control mechanism. Random Sampling & deep diving of processes MOM and taking appropriate action for improving on critical observations arising out of this activity
