The Talent Management Specialist will help drive Credit Saison India's values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. The company is invested in having world-class talent development, training and talent management programs.


The talent management specialist will support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results. The talent management specialist will execute and measure effectiveness of talent programs; partner and collaborate with talent team and business leaders to develop, communicate and implement programs and processes; and operate as the functional contact of talent management technology.


Role & Responsibilities :

- Drive Rewards & Recognition program for all the teams across all locations

- Collaboratively design, develop and deliver Talent Management strategies / programs for employees

- Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside-in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to HR Leadership

- Work closely with the Performance Management team to help process consistency across all business verticals

- Talent management is a highly demanding, fast-moving space looking for the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges which come up on the run.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Post Graduate from Tier I B-School with 2+ years of experience in talent development/talent management

- Go getter attitude with a zeal for achieving results, looking at the bigger picture.

- Exceptional at relationship management.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel

- Self-confident and able to take own initiative and run solo on the assigned work.
