What we're looking for:

We are Looking for Social Media Strategist with fire in the belly, structured thinking, intellectual curiosity, a drive to deliver, exceptional accountability, and humility

Overall objective: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

Job Description:

- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI

- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

- Build a relationship with influencers/ social media agencies for the brand.

- Collaborating with other teams, like, product and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews

- Overseeing social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

- Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualification & Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for a minimum of 3-4years

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

- Good understanding of social media KPIs

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership

- Should be proactive with strong attention to details
