Credit Saison - Senior Manager/AVP - Treasury & Capital Markets (6-12 yrs)

Position: Senior Manager/ AVP - Treasury & Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities :

1. Resource Mobilization: Handle placement of all types of Debt Capital Market instruments including secured, MLDs, unsecured and subordinated bonds from Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies (Life & General), Corporates, Banks, Family Offices & Wealth Companies

2. End to end execution of fixed income transactions from investor interaction, deal structuring, assisting investor diligence till term sheet finalization

3. Handling all compliance for NCD issuance (CHG 4, CHG 9, execution of Debenture Trustee Agreement etc)

4. Handle payments for NCD interest and principal payments

5. Handling end to end Primary issuance of commercial papers and liasioning with Investors, IPA, RTA, NSDL, CDSL

6. To develop association and maintain relationships with various levels at Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies (Life & General), Corporates, Banks, Family Offices & Wealth Companies, other active market players for placement and execution of DCM deals

7. To keep track of market trends & competition for creating opportunities for KSF in the DCM space

8. Handling documentation for all DCM transactions - pre and post

9. Various compliance requirements for DCM Investors

10. Obtaining and Submission of data to regulators

11. Rating agency compliances

12. Tracking of covenants for various borrowings and ensuring compliance

13. Interaction with bodies like exchanges, depositories

14. Analysis of market conditions and trends, create and update marketing pitch books and presentations

15. Prepare and understand bond pricing mechanics

16. Cross-selling for AIF. Candidates with an Investor Relationship background for AIFs would be preferred

Key Skills :

1. Good relationship with Mutual Funds/ Insurance (General & Life)/ PFs/ Corporates

2. Understanding of financial products and NBFC working and various regulations affecting NBFCs

3. Understanding regulations for an AIF (Cat-II)

4. Good analytical skills

5. Technical competence with advanced MS Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint skills

6. Good communication/networking skills

7. Ability to interact with other teams - internal and external
