Credit Saison India's vision is to become a Neo-lending conglomerate and as a background, Credit Saison India has grown it's lending book by via multiple business lines, prominent ones being Wholesale Lending and Co-lending.

Credit Saison India is incubating Saison Omni -a world class, cutting edge tech platform which will act as a lending marketplace between lenders and originators/borrowers. The entire product stack will be built as a B2B SaaS solution offering across financial products in India. Lenders and Originators once plugged in the platform will have choice to partner amongst themselves for various financial products which will be facilitated through the platform. We are looking for a Manager to join us in the CEO office - New Business Initiatives team to focus on Product & Business Strategy to Scale & Grow our Business.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Understand Business Product market fit and acceptability at the marketplace and laydown roadmap for any new product development.

- Design New Financial products as per business requirements to enhance business opportunities.

- Work closely with senior management to execute key projects, both internal and external, Drive high-visibility, time-critical projects by quickly understanding context and executing with minimal oversight

- Coordinate with different functions within the organization - Tech, product, engineering, business and others in the deployment of the business initiatives identified

- Benchmark domestic and global fintech companies to keep track of the innovations in the industry and derive useful insights for the business.

- Plan and execute strategy to increase product visibility based on channel and market feedback, NPS, NCS.

- Internalize with Tech, product, Risk and ops teams to ensure go to market on any New Product Initiation.

- Report and Track management information systems, preparing internal & external presentations. Tracking overall P/L with emphasis on profitability, cost control, channel Financial & business analysis as per our business requirements.

- Devise business case and GTM roadmap for new product lines including sizing opportunity and attractiveness, identifying growth levers, positioning etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Post Graduate and MBA from tier 1 B-School with 4+ years of experience

- Having relevant financial services/BFSI experience and Understanding of the Indian Financial Services & Fintech industry and especially lending is must.

- Impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written),

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to derive actionable insights from various data sources.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously

- Demonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals.

- Self-confident and Able to take own initiative and run solo on the assigned work.

- Team player, eye for detail.
