Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing centralized credit operations for all retail products

2. Design SOPs and checklists for new product launches

3. Control over the end to end process from login to sanction

4. Collaborate with business, operations, product, finance, compliance teams apart from working closely with team of credit managers to achieve process end results

5. Manage each co-lending product/process end to end and then liaison on with Product and tech team to move the part or full process towards automation

6. Take control over real time MIS updates. Design the process where each small process is monitored to achieve TAT result defined as per different lending products

7. Lead multiple credit functions within the credit-operations perspective for all products, i.e data entry, KYC and other compliance checks, documents storage and sharing, bureau reports extraction, sanction conditions, documents, and process checklists adherence

8. Collaborate with credit/business teams of KSF partners for competition of documents and credit decision process

9. Establish the in-house CPA function for processing of applications end to end on introduction of direct to market products

10. Identifying gaps in the process and come up with continuous improvement in the process to achieve efficiency and standardization of processes

11. Control over vendor management (like FI, Crediwatch, RCU etc) w.r.t day to day reporting and billing
