Co-Lending Vertical Business Associate: Job Description

We are looking for an Associate for Partnership Lending Business Vertical at Credit Saison. Your day-to-day job will include the below:

- Provide support in projects undertaken to on-board new lending partners including due diligence and preparation of Appraisal Memos. This will involve working with multiple internal stakeholders and external partner team in close coherence.

- Work in close co-ordination with Lending partners on regular basis to solve for operations & other day to day issues to ensure smooth streamlining of processes leading to scale up of business volumes.

- Working in close co-coordination with internal stakeholders, manage & monitor all business functions necessary to ensure smooth business operations with every partner.

- Exhibit the required urgency towards facilitating closure of due diligence and operational matters.

- Should be capable of driving continuous improvement efforts to deepen partner relationships.

- Provide operations support to the team to help run the lending partnership vertical, understand & drive key performance initiatives.

- Should be able to juggle multiple requests, prioritize deliverables according to the business requirements.

- Have the flair to develop long-lasting trust-oriented relationship with the partners

Professional Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of Experience in sustained client relationship management experience

- Should have background in financial services industry or experience in executing as well as monitoring projects.

- Experience of Relationship oriented sales experience will also be preferred

Educational qualifications

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes only
