We received our NBFC licence last year and have started lending in India in both the Consumer and SME segment. We are looking for a Business Associate to join us. Your day to day job will include the following areas: - Assisting on various aspects of due diligence that we will be conducting as part of our partner on-boarding - Work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to drive go-live dates for each partner - Keeping abreast of latest happenings in the lending world. Tracking competitive landscape and regulatory changes. Working on research areas that is required for the business - Preparing internal & external presentations &amp; materials - Financial &amp; business analysis as per our business requirements and building various financial model's / projections - Looking at various operational processes and working on their improvement over a period of time Skills Set: - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills - Able to take your own initiative and run solo on the work assigned to you - Confident and a Good communicator. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Motivated and a team player - Have an eye for detail and good project management skills
