1. Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations

2. Regular review of the case

3. Inspections / Site visits Sector assessment

4. Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model

5. Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes

6. Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance

Communication/PR of Bank's products

1. Undertakes brand communication initiatives for designated products

2. Communicates product positioning messaging that differentiates YES Bank's products in the market

3. Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle / industry sector

Market Research:

1. Illustrates understanding of consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research

2. Sector tracking / management presentations

Credit Appraisal:

1. Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions

Documentation and Compliance:

1. To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group.
