Credit Risk Manager - WC/CC/OD/WCDL/Supply Chain Finance/Term Loans

Responsibilities:

1. Underwrite working capital financing proposals, assess creditworthiness, and make recommendations for approval or rejection.

2. Conduct thorough risk assessments, analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.

3. Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financing solutions.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and risk management.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

6. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and development opportunities.

7. Continuously monitor and review portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.

8. Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-6 years, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or fintech.

Educational Qualification- CA or MBA

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical and time management & presentation skills.
