Location : Mumbai ( should be open to travel)

Job Description

RAR risk process change management team is looking for business analyst for the Credit Methodology book of work. The ideal candidate will have to meet the defined attributes for the role and display a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and passion for change including the ability to pro-actively engage in solution design and definition.

The role involves (Primarily) Business Analysis:

- Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, well-versed with SDLC life cycle.

- Gathering and documenting data and related business requirements including devising solutions to enhance controls and improve efficiencies e.g. metrics/data quality standards

- Providing subject matter expertise of data, process, control and technology into requirements and solution design

- Liaising with IT to define and monitor IT system solutions to support business change

- Co-ordinate testing: create test plans, define and manage UAT and manage defect tracking and resolution. Strong background of functional testing on Basel III, CCR projects.

- Managing user testing and acceptance of process and system change

- Defining and documenting procedures & training, in conjunction with the line managers to support and control the new business processes and applications.

- Task Management on CR's raised during the project. Experience of working in global team liaising / managing tasks with Asia team.

Qualifications

- Educated to degree level. FRM certification preferred.

- 3+ year experience in Risk Management line experience within the Financial Services sector

- Strong Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk calculation i.e. EE,PE, EPE

- Knowledge of various risk mitigation techniques & how they impact counterparty EPE calculation.

- Sound knowledge of writing & executing UAT Test Scripts..

- Proven technology/data change experience in an investment or large commercial bank, accountancy or consultancy firm

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to identify cause and effect and approach problems and communicate results in a structured manner

- Track record of delivery. Proven of change initiatives with material systems content

- Understand Basel regulation related to credit risk and RWA

- Have worked on regulatory requirements from PRA, FINMA, FINRA, SEC
