Credit Risk Analytics - Retail/SME Banking

Requirement :

- Masters degree MBA/ Engineering/ Economics or Statistics.

- 6+ years work experience in analytics in retail banking or SME banking space, of which some exposure working in credit risk or collections analytics.

- Expertise in some of the main Analytics tools - SAS/ SQL/ SPSS.

- Experience in credit risk modelling space.

- Should work well in a team environment. Prior experience in managing junior analysts.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities :

- Working closely with Head of Credit & Collections on various risk and collection strategies across products.

- Acquisition Strategies : Develop and implement multiple acquisition strategies and monitor their efficacy.

- Portfolio Monitoring : Providing timely information and insights on portfolio risk performance through reporting and analysis.

- Credit Modelling : Developing, implementing and maintaining models/ scorecards for effective acquisition as well as for collections.

- Data : Understanding and resolving data issues in an evolving data environment.

- Liasioning with external partners: Working with external partners (e.g., Credit Bureau) and consultants to develop/ implement new strategies.

- Manage junior analysts to deliver on multiple analytics projects.
