Role Description : Helping clients in financial Due diligence and provide liquidity & working capital improvements.

KRA :

- Preparing/analyzing & reviewing financial statements

- Assisting in identifying opportunity areas for working capital improvements

- Preparing cashflow models

- Team Management & & project management

- Involvement in Global assignments

KPI :

- Timely delivery on projects

- Ensuring Error free work

Scope of work :

- Exposure to work for MULTIPLE SECTORS across the globe

- Involvement in Global assignments

Desired Experience :

- CA/MBA(Full Time)

- Strong exposure to statutory audit/ Financial Due Diligence/ Credit Research/Analysis.

- Understands the due diligence process and has experience in Financial analysis.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to handle a team.
