ValueAdd - Credit Research Analyst (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- One-to-one dedicated support to client; and responsible for independent delivery of credit models, credit memos, and other research outputs

- Credit research assignments include models across cross-over, high yield, distressed debt and leveraged loans

- Outputs include credit models, cap structure analysis, credit research notes, credit tearsheets, peer comps, bond/loan comps, industry research, and news & impact analysis

- Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction

- Accurate understanding of scope of research assignments/projects

- Meet & surpass the client expectations

- Seek regular client feedback from stakeholders

- Incorporate the feedback & close the loop

- Support on collaterals and samples

- Contribute to marketing & thought leadership content

Educational, experience, and skills requirements:

- Post graduate/CFA/CA/MBA/CCRA/CIIA/CAIA & equivalent; CFAs will be preferred

- 2-5 years of credit research experience with investment banks, sell-side/buy-side firms, and KPOs

- Hands-on experience in delivering across investment grade, cross-over, high yield, leveraged loans, and distressed debt; including credit modeling, sell-side credit research note, credit tearsheets, industry research, peer comps, bond/loan comps, and news & impact analysis

- Sound financial/cash flow modeling skills, good analytical writing skills, idea generation capability, and specialization in multiple industries is desirable

- Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated

- Proven leadership & client management skills

- Strong team player

- Strong professional ethics and business etiquettes

- Preferably onshore experience is preferred
