Roles & Responsibilities :

- Establish a Quality Assurance Framework to cover both 1st and 2nd Line Credit Processes.

- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability and control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail

- Ability to effectively time manage and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate effectively with senior management

- Team handling experience, managed a small team of 3-4 people

- Previous analytics, credit risk management or audit experience
