Credit Policy Manager

Credit policy designing and implementation, management, portfolio & risk analysis, implementing and monitoring actionable rural lending products of L&T Finance Ltd. Products comprise of Tractor Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans & Micro loans.

Key Deliverables :

1. Credit policy designing, administration, implementation, standardization and adherence of existing process through trainings. To suggest changes in existing policies and detailing drafts policies for focus areas.

2. Getting the policies approved through appropriate committee's in senior management and ensuring smooth roll out and implementation

3. Carrying out regular market visits to check on industry, competitors, etc to carry out a dip check on policy implementation and appropriateness.

4. Sharing of insights with publication of risk related MIS's to regional and state level teams as a part of monitoring process.

5. Worked with credit and IT team to for implementation. Rule building is done to implement credit policy and processes.

6. Risk analysis, management and monitoring of asset portfolio to generate early warning signals,potential areas to focus and pro-active measures to senior management

7. Post financing critical analysis of credit assessments w.r.t delinquency to indicate areas of improvement.

8. To build, run and monitoring credit audit scoring system to have coverage of entire gamut of login to disbursement processes in coordination with internal audit team.
