Credit Manager - Unsecured Loans - FinTech Firm (1-6 yrs)
We have an opportunity for a Credit Manager for a FinTech company based out of Mumbai.
Candidates who have unsecured loans can apply.
PFB JD for the role:
- Check online application of customers
- Conduct Personal Discussion with the customer
- Capture information, update notes on the company device at the time of Personal
Discussion
- Collect specified documents from customer during Personal Discussion
- Validate information provided by the customer during Personal Discussion
- Hand over the documents to CPA
- Conduct a detailed study of customer's financials, Bank statement, credit report, and all other information to decide whether the customer is loan worth or not
- Conduct a Tele-PD with the customer to clarify doubts, if any
- If the customer is loan worthy, decide the loan amount/ limit after verifying the Risk Score as per company's digital scorecard.
- Make credit approval memo
- Tackle queries from risk committee/ sales - On recommendation / rejection of a customer
- Refer deviation cases to risk committee
Salary Offered : 5-9 LPA
