Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance/Working Capital Loans (2-5 yrs)
- Candidate with experience in supply chain finance/working capital loans
- Credit appraisals of Supply Chain Finance proposals (Vendor Finance, Inventory Finance, Sales Bills discounting, Purchase bill discounting, Pre-shipment, etc.).
- Conduct historical financial analysis, Industry and Market analysis, transaction analysis (i.e. structure issues, collateral, etc.), cash flow projections/financial modelling, and rating sheets that identify significant trends, issues, risks, strengths and weaknesses of the client/transaction. Provide complete assessment and recommendations to the sanctioning authority
- Analysis of Financial Statements (Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet, Cash flow Statement. Ratio Analysis)
- Thorough knowledge of various industries
- Frequently interacting with the customers for case appraisals and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services through meetings, Site visits.
- Preparation and timely updation of Anchor Notes (New and Annual Reviews), Credit Policy, Credit Parameters, Internal Rating score card etc
- Monitor and maintain credit quality to ensure minimal non-performing advances.
- Ensure adherence to control systems to minimise the risk of loss to the bank.
- Present / underwrite proposals to the relevant sanctioning authority.
- Initiate discussions with Risk / Business/ Product/ Compliance/ Operations Team.
- Monitor customer performance through regular review of accounts, customer visits and financial statement
