1. Credit Appraisal & Monitoring -
- Drafting of credit appraisal memos for vendors, anchors and corporates and presenting to the credit risk committee for sanctioning of the loans.
- Preparation of IM/Proposals, Financial Models, Presentations, Term sheet & other financing documents.
- Undertake Financial Analysis of companies by conducting financial modelling, ratio analysis, assessing the financial position of the corporate, limit assessments.
- Analyze the credit risk involved in lending to a borrower
- Analyze specific industry trends pertaining to over/under utilization of bank limits, forex fluctuation implication on bank limits, hedging strategies, etc.
- Generate rating for the client in view of their financial position, management, business & industry analysis. Prepare the credit rating matrix.
- Monitor economic & industry developments as well as financial parameters of clients
- Complete understanding of Balance Sheet & P and L knowledge is essential.
- Regular interaction with other internal stake holders including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance & Accounts etc. is part of the role.
2. Supply Chain Finance -
- The candidate may have relevant experience for Supply Chain Finance for SME/Mid-Corporate clients.
- Self-starter, self-motivated & Experience of structured working capital finance products & asset backed finance for Supply Chain Finance/SME/Mid corporates (Pre-Shipment Finance, Post Shipment Finance, WCTL, LAP, etc.) is a pre-requisite.
- Portfolio hygiene, monitoring & collections to a certain extent are also part of this role.
- Market know how, Thorough knowledge of Pre-& Post Sanction documentation process is essential for the role.
3. Other Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for resolving Risk & Credit Committee queries and concerns, coordination with relationship team and operations department.
- Liaising with internal ops team and legal team to ensure execution and closure.
